Jazz Concert: Lukas im Dorf

On November 29, 2012 the Jazz band Lukas im Dorf presented  their new album Lukas im Dorf - very live!, recorded at several live performances during the past few years, at the Embassy of Austria in Washington, D.C.

Lukas im Dorf is a Viennese new-generation jazz band consisting of four young jazzmen playing under the direction of bassist Lukas Kranzelbinder. As members of the Jazzwerkstatt Wien, they perform at many international festivals and impress audiences with an inspired way of playing and an extraordinary feeling for improvisation.

The band consists of Jure Pukl on the saxophone, Phil Yaeger on the trombone, Lukas Kranzelbinder on the bass, and Max Andrzejewski on the drums.
