New Work from Austrian Culinary Photographer Thomas Schauer

Renowned Austrian food photographer, Thomas Schauer, announced he will be collaborating with Chef Dominique Ansel to photograph his debut cookbook, titled "DOMINIQUE ANSEL: The Secret Recipes" (working title) to be published in October 2014 by Simon & Schuster.  

Born in Austria in 1969, Schauer can look back on a long successful photography career. His projects included, among others, photo shoots for Nespresso, Uncle Ben's and Henkel.  Dominik Ansel is the  chef and owner of Dominique Ansel Bakery in New York City.
